Our global client which operates in tobacco industry is looking for a “HR Business Partner” for their Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ plant.QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Social Sciences, HR or other related field
   
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management role that covered development and implementation of all key HR processes
   
• Good command of both spoken and written English
   
• Military status completed or exempted for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To support company’s operation via an HR Generalist service that provides operationally excellent service to the Factory / Branch Manager and all first line management across the employee lifecycle
   
• People & Performance: Act as a Generalist performing advanced and complex duties requiring expert knowledge of the firm’s people strategy, policies, practices and procedures. Oversees administration of financial budgets relevant to people and manpower
   
• Work closely with Factory Manager in ensuring all HR planning, analysis and reporting is completed for Turkey on time and effectively
   
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage and ensure completion all activities relating to the attraction, selection and onboarding of new team members
   
• Learning & Development: Implement learning and development strategy and approach in Turkey
   
• Performance Management: Implement performance management framework and drive a performance driven approach
   
• HR Services & Administration: Ensure all transactional processes relating to employees (onboarding, mobility adminstration, payrol, exit  etc.) are optimized in place and completed effectively
   
• HR Projects: Collaborate with HR central team. Will be responsible either to leading a project stream or be an active project team member within a large project
